Driving consumption through customer engagement and awareness. Swiffy has developed several WhatsApp campaigns for RCL Food partners through retail points across the country. Most recently, for PIEMAN’S Pies, customers upload their pie receipt to the PIEMAN’S Pies WhatsApp bot and instantly receive one of several digital prizes or cash.

Using Swiffy PayLinks and alternative payment solutions, SABC has increased their collections by sending payment links to their customers over WhatsApp and SMS. Once paid, automatic debiting from the customer’s card ensures prompt monthly collection.

Swiffy developed an omni-channel based, enterprise level, customer support platform for World Sports Betting. Unlimited agents, unlimited departments, transfer customers between departments, send rich media back and forth and a comprehensive reporting dashboard measuring all key metrics and archiving transcripts.

Swiffy partnered with the Restaurant Association of South Africa to help restaurants during lock-down. Using Swiffy’s PayLink tool, restaurants were able to send payment links to customers for contactless payment in advance of food delivery.

Swiffy developed a WhatsApp based B2B ordering platform between SMMEs in Kenya and distribution centers across the country. With live mPesa integration, all orders are paid for on checkout and delivered the next day.

As an alternative energy provider, Biotherm maintains deep engagement within each community they operate in. Swiffy delivered a community WhatsApp based engagement platform which included modules for community improvement, procurement and employment.

Using Swiffy PayLinks, Ignition Group has increased their sales and collection rates. Moving away from traditional debit orders, the Group has leveraged Swiffy's recurring card billing engine to collect monthly subscriptions.
